No. AI has changed how some of the work gets done, faster content drafts, faster technical audits, but it hasn't replaced the need for rankings, traffic, or a site structured well enough for search engines and AI tools to understand.

If anything, AI search (like AI Overviews) has made the underlying fundamentals matter more, not less. Sites still need to be findable and trustworthy for either a human or an AI to recommend them.
