Is AI replacing web design?

No. AI can speed up parts of the process, generating layout ideas or draft copy, but it doesn't know your business, your customers, or what's going to convert a visitor into a call. That judgment still comes from a person.

What AI is replacing is some of the manual, repetitive work. The strategy, the decisions about what to prioritize on a page, and knowing when the AI's output is wrong still need someone who understands web design, not just a tool that generates one.
